The Oahu Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) Committee of the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Hawaii Chapter 34 has awarded
Duane A. Komine , Accredited Residential Manager of the Year 2000. He
also has been appointed as Vice Chairman for the Oahu Accredited
Residential Managers Committee 2001.
Duane manages Nauru Tower which won the 1st Annual Condominium of the
Year Award last year. Criteria for this award was based on: Resident &
owner relations, Energy Management, Financial Management, Administration,
Security, Landscaping and Community involvement.
