Bicycle Update 3

As of May 18, 2004, we have confiscated nearly (50) fifty unregistered bicycles. This will be the final notice to all residents and foreign owners.
Agents, realtors or management companies who oversee Nauru Tower units for foreign / mainland owners will need to inform their clients as to the new bicycle procedures. Off-island owners will still be required to register their bicycles and obtain a Nauru Tower ID sticker. Please visit the Management Office as soon as
possible.

All unregistered bicycles that lack ID stickers and are left unclaimed in the limited common area (2A-2B bicycle rack) will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization, pursuant to section 514 A-93.5 H.R.S. The deadline for bicycle round up is
set for June 18, 2004.
