POOL CLOSED

JULY- SEPTEMBER 2001  

The pool and Jacuzzi's will be closed from July 9, 2001
through September 9, 2001 (2 months).No residents will be
allowed in the pool area during construction for obvious
reasons.

The scope of work will be complex and will take nearly four
weeks (weather permitting) to repair the pool skimmer
vaults. Requirements will include jack-hammering throughout
the day (Mon-Fri) and may include a portable generator.

At the conclusion of the pool leak repair, we have scheduled
the pool to be tiled in it's entirety. The duration of the
tile project will take no longer than three weeks (weather
permitting), totaling nearly two months.

During construction, the sun tanning lounge chairs will be
relocated to the 7th floor recreation deck near the tennis
court.
